Monumento a la Revolución

The Monument to the Mexican Revolution is an unfinished work of architecture that was originally slated to become Mexico's house of representatives. Only the dome remains from the original project. A glass lift rises to the dome and roof lantern. Its impressive view of the city, including the emblematic Historic Centre, makes it a unique lookout point in the city. Its features sculptures that allude to the Independence, the Reform Laws, the Farming Laws and the Labour Laws. Source: cdmxtravel.com
